Smart
A few years ago SmartCity, a worldwide project (and then declined operationally in Europe) proposed to make the best use of the services of new technologies by uniting the axes of Living, People, and eGovernance (of public interest, hitherto little explored), to act as socio-political support to the aspects of Economy, Environment and Mobility already equipped in this regard.
Here we try to gather, continuing that interest in well-applied innovation, the initiatives of technological innovation, public and third sector, in which a sensitivity for low cost and participation emerges at the service not only of the management of cultural heritage and common goods, but also of accessibility, welfare, schooling and inclusion.
In theoretical terms, the theme of technological innovation for the territory is addressed in Connecting-smart-landscapes: a proposal for networks of new territorial services.
