Practices

Practices are the fundamental part of operational strategies for better living using the landscape. They are sources of extraordinary interest but are rarely coordinated, documented and communicated in a systematic way.

Here we attempt to collect a repertoire of information on the management and administrative methods which, in many virtuous cases of participation and cooperation, make it possible to organise the territory, common goods, services and landscape, environmental and urban qualifications.

In theoretical terms, the theme of widespread good practices is addressed in ‘Strategies for useful landscape practices for local development’.
