Specifications on copyright protection regarding the use of images.

This site uses not only proprietary images but also images of other authors.

Landscapefor Foundation has used them in compliance with art. 70 of law no. 633 of 1941 on the protection of copyright, which provides for the free quotation or partial reproduction of the work and its communication to the public:

– if made for the use of criticism and discussion, within the limits of those purposes and provided they do not constitute competition for the economic use of the work

– if carried out for teaching or scientific research purposes, the use must be for illustrative and non-commercial purposes.

In any case, Landscapefor Foundation remains at the disposal of the right holders.
